Legal Clinic for Temporary Foreign Workers

Free Legal Consultation for Temporary Foreign Workers

MOSAIC and Access Pro Bono have launched a legal clinic for temporary foreign workers. Pro Bono lawyers are available to provide a 30 minute free legal consultation on issues related to temporary foreign workers including: Employment, Family, Human Rights and Immigration.

Clients need to book an appointment to see one of the lawyers by phoning MOSAIC at 604 254 9626 or Access Pro Bono at 604 878 7400.

MOSAIC has also a Drop in Centre for Temporary Foreign Workers that runs from MOSAIC's Grant Office on Mondays.

- The following areas of law are covered: Employment, Family, Human Rights and Immigration

Who is eligible for service?

- Low Income Migrant Workers (including: Low Skilled Workers, Persons under the Live-In Caregiver Program, Agricultural Workers, etc)

- Yes, you have to make an appointment to see one of the lawyers
