Personal Translations

MOSAIC’s mandate to help integrate newcomers to Canadian society guides Translation Services’ policy of offering subsidized rates for personal services. New immigrants who cannot shoulder the full cost of translation services may apply to receive an additional discount.

Personal translation services include regular service (five working days) and rush service (minimum two working days). Same-day service is also available, depending on the language combination.

Walk-in clients receive a free cost estimate, 65 per cent of which is required as a deposit.

When the translation is complete, you will receive the original translation set, which includes:

the translation
a photocopy of the source document
a Translator’s Declaration form
a copy of the whole set (items 1, 2, and 3)
