Recruitment Process
The
recruitment of interpreters, done on an “as-needed” basis,
includes the following steps:

Review of
written application

Telephone
interview
-
In-person
interview
-
Recruitment workshop
-
References
check
Successful
candidates will then:
-
Undergo a
criminal-record check
-
Be
introduced to the MOSAIC Treatment of Contractors Policy
-
Sign our
Terms and Conditions for Freelancers
-
Receive
MOSAIC’s Interpreter’s Manual and a copy of the signed
contract
-
Be
introduced to department personnel
-
Undergo (a)
an incident or mid-contract review and (b) a bi-annual review
