Learn English at MOSAIC in the English Language Services for Adults (ELSA) classes.
ELSA classes are free classes to help new immigrants learn English and learn about life in Canada. This program is funded by the government of British Columbia.
We offer six levels of classes, including literacy level (for people who can’t read or write), beginner and intermediate levels of English.
Beginner levels:
- ELSA Literacy Level
- ELSA Level 1
- ELSA Level 2
- ELSA Level 3
Intermediate levels:
- ELSA Level 4
- ELSA Level 5
MOSAIC also has English classes for people who are not eligible for ELSA. These are community-based classes in Vancouver, Burnaby and New Westminster. All programs are free of charge. Please click here for more information.
