Dear associates, colleagues, and
friends;
Since March 1997 I have held the position of Manager of MOSAIC’s
Translations Department. Thanks to our excellent team of
translators, customer service workers, project managers and desktop
publishers; thanks, too, to your support and trust; the Department
has thriven over the past twelve years.
The substantial growth in our business has brought about a
considerable increase in the size of our enterprise. As a result,
the role of Manager of the Department has changed too. Both because
of these developments, and also because of some personal
considerations of mine (time, as the saying goes, waits for no man,
or woman), our managerial structure is being reconfigured. As of
today Tanja Krzman, while retaining her previous duties as Project
Manager, will assume the position of Manager of the Translations
Department. From this same date I shall concentrate on overseeing
production, ensuring quality control and timely delivery, while
supervising our excellent team of desktop publishers. I shall also
continue to give my attention to the technical aspects of the
business. My hours of work will be Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays,
9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can be assured that in my new capacity of
Production Manager I shall do my utmost, as I have in the past, to
contribute to the success of our department.
